Alberta B. White

Alberta B. White of Waterbury, CT took her flight from earth to glory Saturday, January 29, 2022. Ms. White was born in New York, NY June 10, 1943 to Newton White and Emmaretta Gregory.

Ms. White was a member of the New Bethel Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Bishop Augusta Pullen and formerly Superintendent Roland Rowe (deceased). Alberta was educated in P.S. 194 Junior High School and graduated from Julia Richman High School in New York, NY.

Alberta White was employed with the Waterbury Public Schools as a Nurses Aide, had a successful career at Timex, Inc. (take a licking but keep on ticking), and retired from Southbury Training School.

The Celebration of Life will be held at Grace Baptist Church located at 65 Kingsbury Street in Waterbury, CT on Friday February 4, 2022. Viewing hour will be held from 10:00 am – 11:00 am and the Celebration of Life will begin promptly at 11:00 am. Flowers (white arrangements only) may be sent to Grace Baptist Church located at the address provided. Resolutions may be emailed to Evangelist Laverne Campbell at campbellfree67@gmail.com.
