Andres Espinell

Andres Espinell, age 86, of Bridgeport, CT, entered into eternal life on Thursday September 26, 2019 at The Connecticut Hospice of Branford, CT. He was born June 28, 1933 in Naranjito, Puerto Rico.  Son of the late Jesus and Ramona (Otero) Espinell. He was an Army Veteran who served during the Korean War and received the “National Defense Service Medal”.  Soon after serving moved to Bridgeport, CT. He is survived by two sons, Jose Espinell and daughter-in-law Diana of Bronx, NY and Luis Espinell of Bridgeport, CT. He leaves behind 4 grandchildren, Alissa, Michael, Luis Jr, and Daniel, and 3 great grandchildren, Jaelynn, Joel, and Luz.  He also leaves behind numerous brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

There will be no viewing held. A burial with full military honors will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 12 noon at the Connecticut State Veterans Cemetery, 317 Bow Ln, Middletown, CT.
