Angela S Parker Kelly

Angela S. Parker Kelly, known as “Angie” or “Boochie”, born on January 19th 1968 in New Haven, CT. She was the loving daughter of Mary Parker and Richard Watkins Sr.(preceded in death.)

Mrs. Parker attended Lee(Career) High School. After graduating. she began her career in the field of nursing.

She worked most of her life at St. Raphaels Hospital and later began working as a PCA. Angela didn’t just like going to work; she LOVED going to work and being able to take care of others. Helping others always warmed her heart.

She was a devoted mother of six; three sons and three daughters. She was a wife, sister, aunt, cousin, and confidant to many. Her hobbies were cooking, listening to music, and long walks no matter the distance. She also enjoyed being around family and friends.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories; daughters, Shacola Parker. Shaquella Parker, and Teyana Kelly, and sons. Raheem Kelly, Patrick Kelly Jr, and Tywaine Kelly. Grandchildren Da’Veona Parker. KeVeon McClennon, and Da’Veya Hobby.

Angela will be remembered by her mother, Mary Parker of New Haven. Her husband Patrick Kelly of New Haven. Her sisters; Victoria Thombs(preceded in death) and Ava Watkins of Gastonia, NC. Denita Watkins of Charlotte, NC, and Annette Reeves of New Haven, CT. Brothers: Adam Reeves, Nehemiah Watkins end Riend Watkins it, all of New Haven, CT. As well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A celebration of Angela’s life will be held on Saturday July 15, 2023 at Colonial Funerals, 86 Circular Avenue Hamden CT at 11am. Viewing in Colonial from 10-11am. Condolences may be expressed at Colonialfunerals.com.
