Annette Louise Lilly

Annette Louise Lilly 63, of New Haven, passed away suddenly at home on February 20, 2022. Annette Lilly was born in New Haven, CT on March 1, 1958 to the late Everette E. Lilly and Ruth S. Lilly. She graduated from James Hillhouse High School in 1976, continued her education at Southern Connecticut College 2 years. In 1991 graduated from New Haven Adult Ed with her CNA certificate, then she retired from Hamden Public school. She is survived by her only son Edward A. Lilly of New Haven. She also leaves behind her sisters Claudette Bines of Delaware, Gloria Lilly, and Alison Lilly both of New Haven, brothers Everette Lilly of New York. Her grandchildren Zyon Lilly, Quinzar Lilly, Julian Lilly, Jonathan Lilly, and Jocelyn Lilly all of New Haven. Also longtime companion William McClease of New Haven of almost of 40 years. Also a host of friends.

A celebration of Annette’s life will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 11am at Colonial Funerals, 86 Circular Avenue, Hamden. Viewing in Colonial from 10-11am. Interment to follow at Hamden Plains Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at Colonialfunerals.com.
