Benny Lee Agnew was called to his heavenly home on Monday, September 25, 2023.  He was born in Anderson South Carolina on October 13, 1942 to Jesse and Eula (Oliver) Agnew.  Benny was a people person who truly loved the Lord God, his family and friends.

He was pre-deceased by his parents, daughter Dorothy Mae of Anderson, South Carolina, son Ray Puttman, grandson Shandon Puttman both of Belton, South Carolina, brother Jesse (Betty) Agnew, Jr. of New Haven, Connecticut and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and other relatives.

Benny leaves to cherish his memories his wife Dorothy Agnew, daughter Melissa Agnew, sister Sarah (Henry) Lomax, sister Jennie (Alfred) Arnold, brother Harold Agnew, Sr., three grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and other relatives.

The Family of Benny Agnew would like to Thank God for each one of you for your prayers and support of kindness shown to our family before and during our time of bereavement.
