Clarence Alexander Payne

Clarence Alexander Payne passed away unexpectedly on July 17, 2023. Clarence was born on July 13, 1962 in Tuskegee, Alabama to Mary Collins(Payne)and Clarence Payne but raised by his step father Robert L Parker. Clarence worked for the department of corrections for 18 years until his Illness. Clarence enjoyed time with his family, friends, cracking joke eating pizza, playing dominoes, going fishing, watching football which his favorite teams was New York Giants. He also loved his cat “Frisky” and he loved going to church and just loving life. Clarence leaves to cherish his memory his wife Virginia Payne, his two daughters Tamika Payne and Alexandria Payne. His sister Rosalind Payne (George Washington) from Waterbury and a brother Randy Parker of Waterbury. Three Grandchildren Khari Stevenson, Tamia Stevenson and Malachi Payne all of Waterbury .He also leave to cherish his memory one stepbrother Robert L Parker Jr. of Waterbury and two stepsisters Gwen Parker and Maime Parker. Also to cherish his memory he leaves an Uncle Willie James Collins, and several nieces, nephews, also to cherish his memory is one great niece and three great nephews and a host of cousins.
