Craig P. Smith 52 of New Haven departed his life May 19th, 2021 he was born July 9th, 1968 to Betty Brown, Ronald Staggers (Diane) step mother Gail Staggers. He attended St. Mary’s Parochial School and New Haven Public School and attended Job Corp, where he received his G.E.D. Besides his mother and father he leaves his memories to his daughter Tierra Driffin of West Haven, three sisters: Aisha Staggers of Hamden, CT, Dr. Raja Staggers-Hakim of Windor, CT, Najla Staggers of New Haven CT. A niece Amaya Kelly of Windsor CT, a nephew Jibril Hakim of Windsor CT, a special aunt Edna Marescal of East Haven, and cousin Micheal Streater of Branford. Best friend Lueark (Herk) George, and Allen (Dooley) Jackson. Grandparents Rose H. and Edward B Streater and paternal grandparents Margaret M and Arthur Stagers, aunt Lauri smith, Uncle Arthor and Gary Staggers. And a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his maternal.
