Cynthia Redd

Cynthia Redd,  55, of New Haven, CT  departed her life on Friday, June 9, 2017 surrounded by her family.  Cynthia Rosetta Redd was born on December 17, 1961 in New Haven CT.  She was the daughter of the late Catherine Redd and the late Hezzie Redd. Cynthia enjoyed making friends and family laugh. She was known for her jokes and one-liners. Cynthia leaves to mourn her sons, Jeffrey Redd-Sutton,  Lance and Rodney, four daughters, Tyniesha, Noel, Sierra, Kentayia, eight grandchildren and brothers Andre Redd, Hezzie “Sunny” Redd and Anthony Redd. Cynthia was predeceased by her brother John Redd and two sisters Deborah Redd-Smith and Gayle Paulette Redd. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts Lucille Bradley and great aunt Dilcie.

A Celebration of Cynthia’s life will be held on Friday June 16, 2017 in Christian Love Center, 154 Derby Ave., New haven at 11 o’clock. Viewing in Church from 10-11am. The family of Cynthia Redd would like to express their gratitude for the outpour of calls, prayers  words of comfort and condolences.
