Elaine Foster

Elaine Foster, daughter of the late Walter Foster and Annie Mae Kiensler. Elaine was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on December 21, 1965. She was 70 where she departed this life peacefully on October 5, 2022, from this life into eternity. Elaine was raised in New Haven CT, where she graduated at Wilbur Cross High school in 1972. Elaine worked at Hamden Healthcare Optimum Care as a chef for over 30 years. She leaves behind one son, Curvar J Foster sr. and a sister, Sharron Foster. She also has three great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

A celebration of Elaine’s life will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at Colonial Funerals, 86 Circular Avenue Hamden at 12pm. Viewing in Colonial from 11-12pm. Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at Colonialfunerals.com.
