Elba Ortiz

Elba Ortiz of Waterbury passed away on September 23, 2022. She was born to Celestino Toucet and Milagros Perez on February 1, 1950 in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She leaves to cherish her memory husband Luis A. Ortiz, sons Luis A. Ortiz Jr., Jose A. Ortiz and wife Sally Martinez, daughter Ivette Beato and husband Eddy Beato, grandkids Lyana Shylin Beato, Eddy Antonio Beato, Romelo Julian Beato, and Dashon Ortiz. She worked as a teachers aide in the Waterbury Education System for over 30 years.
