Elizabeth Fripp

Elizabeth (Gladden) Fripp, age 92, of New Haven, entered into eternal life on Monday December 18, 2017 at YNHH. She was born on January 3, 1925, in Columbia, SC, daughter of the late Addie-Mae Waiters-Wartton. The wife of James Fripp Sr. of New Haven for over 75 years. Cherished mother of James (Linda) Fripp Jr. of New Haven and Vivian (Charles) Fripp-Elbert of Hamden. Beloved grandmother of Dana, Mark, Jason (Teresa), Jessica Fripp, and Chaz Elbert. Also survived by 9 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Predeceased by one daughter Doris Fripp.

A Celebration of Elizabeth’s life will be held on Friday December 29, 2017 in Beulah Heights First Pentecostal Church, 782 Orchard St. at 11 O’clock. Viewing in Church from 9-11am. Interment will be in the family plot at Evergreen Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at colonialfunerals.com.
