Elouise G. Cain, was born on July 6, 1937 in Darlington, SC., to the late Ernest Green, Si. & Lucinda Depugh-Green. She was a long time resident of New Haven, she passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family.

Elouise migrated to Connecticut. After getting settled she worked at different establishments until she became gainfully employed for Yale University as a Security Officer, at The Sterling Memorial Library and remained there for over thirty (30) years, until she retired.

Elouise & Alvin was joined in Holy Matrimony. From that union, they raised 9 children together.

Elouise was a quiet & gentle woman who loved God and cherished her family. Several of her favorite pass times was playing the lottery especially the $20 Cash Words, going to the casino to play Triple Star slot machine, watching TV, her favorite shows were Jeopardy, day time Soap Operas & Jimmy Swagger. Her favorite movie was the Temptation as she loved David Ruffin. She loved her grandchildren & great grandchildren.

She leaves to cherish her memories, Roberta Green, Ruth Elliott, Roger Cain, Nona Walker(Ernest), Sharon Moye-Cain(Ronald), Patricia Cain, Vineta Cain & Brother Ernest Green. A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews & friends.

Mrs. Cain was predeceased by death both parents; brother Lawrence Green Sr, Sister Ruth Green-spears, twol2) sons Alvin Cain Jr, & Gary Cain.
