Eric K Lott

Eric K Lott passed away on July 8, 2023. He was born on October 20, 1958 in Waterbury to Jesse Matthews Sr. and Lois Lott. He was the loving husband to Amy Jo Johnson-Lott of Thomaston. The cherished father of Eric Keith Lott Jr.(KJ). He is survived by several siblings, Faye Lott Gray, Phillip Ian Lott, and Michael Lott of CT and Shari(Matthews) Wilson of NC, and Kristal Matthews Brooks of NC. He also leaves behind his beloved mother and father in-law Joseph and Linda Johnson of Thomaston. His survivors also include his god children Jenesis Parker, Tylon Lott and Jase Picco, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of beloved friends. Not to be forgotten his cherished Clifford family who took Keith under their wing when he was about 10 years old while at PAL. He was a long member of the Waterbury Elks Lodge 265, and worked for many years Community Options.  He was a die hard Kansas City Chiefs fan along with the NY Mets. He enjoyed Coaching weather it was the Thomaston Girls Basketball team or Waterbury Patriots Pop Warner Football and his softball team. He thought he was quite the comedian. Most of all he loved everybody but his pride and joy was his son KJ. He is predeceased by his parents, two sisters Barbara Allen and Soloria Reynolds and three brothers Willie Reynolds, Mark Dale Lott and Thadius Matthews.

On Friday July 21, 2023 at 3pm a going home celebration will be held at Long Hill Bible Church 131 Garden Circle Waterbury CT. The Waterbury Elks Lodge 265 at 283 West Main Street Waterbury will hold a separate celebration for Keith on Wednesday July 19, 2023 at 2pm. James R.
