Gary Johnson

Gary Johnson, (AKA) Gary Vereen, passed from death to eternal life at his residence in Baltimore, MD.  He was preceded in death by his second oldest child, Robyn Brandi Vereen; 6 aunts, an uncle and stepfather, Henry Vereen.

Gary leaves to cherish his precious memories his beloved mother, Evelyn J. Johnson of Hamden, CT; 2 children: Tyrell DeClaybrook-Johnson, Hamden, CT and Tyshauna DeClaybrook-Johnson of Hartford, CT; 2 brothers, Joseph Vereen of Hamden, CT and Mark Vereen, Richmond, VA; and 1 sister, Theresa Penn. Norwich, CT.  An aunt, Esther Allen (Alto) Bloomfield, CT; an uncle, Grady Blakeney (Gloria), Hamden, CT. A special niece, Marshayla Vereen; 4 additional nieces, 3 nephews, and a host of relatives and friends. Special life-long friends who were like brothers: Arnold Hunter, Donald Macaulay, Christopher Tillery, all of Hamden, CT.
