George Emerson Pitcher

George Emerson Pitcher of 181 Clifton St., New Haven, CT died October 20, 2024. Mr. Pitcher was born in Hamden Connecticut October 5, 1931. He was a son of the Emerson and Gertrude Squires Pitcher. He also was a former employee of the now defunct Knudsen’s and Augurs dairy as a milkman and dairy worker George was a bowler, gambler and Boston Red Sox fan too. He also would like to travel. After his retirement he had odd delivery jobs. He leaves his niece Sally Pitcher his great niece, Tiffany McGoldrick and special friends Lynda and John Fitch and other nieces and nephews. George was pre-deceased by all his brothers and sisters, Robert, Frederick, Raymond, Edward, Gordon Virginia, Mary, and Harriet Pitcher. Also pre deceased his dear sister in law Dorothy Pitcher, and his Niece Linda (Pitcher)McGoldrick.
