Gerry Batson

Gerry Batson transitioned peacefully on November 19, 2024, at home with loved ones by his side. Gerry Batson, affectionally called “Booba” was born to Inga Carr and Gerry Batson on October 13, 1995. He is survived by his Mother Inga Carr and “Bonus Dad” Rodney Carr. He leaves his amazing siblings to grieve: Chaiyra Archer, Jelani Archer, Jeleica Archer, Genee Batson and Rashan Batson and bonus brother Rodney Carr Jr. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents James and Annie Archer, His Uncle and Aunt Eric and Crystal, and several nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at CPM in Waterbury -the manager Sheana, Mr. John Cornell, Desmond Williams, Josh, Johnathan Magnamo, and his special friend Teddy. Our Family is full of gratitude and love knowing that he was well cared for. We truly believe that we experienced an angel in our midst, may the memories of him bring a smile to you, knowing that he is a peace. With eternal love and kisses to the sky.
