Harold J. Glass

Harold J Glass was born in Baltimore Maryland on October 28, 1960, Harold passed in peace on January 26, 2023.

Harold grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. Where he also graduated high school. He then moved to New Haven, CT, In 1979. Harold also served time with the armed forces. Harold was well known and respected as the neighborhood mechanic. He also served and gave back to the community by working at the local community soup kitchen feeding the homeless.

Harold was a loving, caring, courageous, strong, outgoing, crazy, cool man. He was a great father, son, brother, cousin, grandfather, uncle, and friend. He is survived by his sons, Marquis glass (Rasheedah Glass) and Marcus Glass. His daughter Keisha Reid, his sisters Ann glass, Lisa Glass,  Danielle Hicks, Angel glass. He is also survived by his brother John glass. His beloved, grand children, Marquis Glass Jr, Ramaya Glass, Raimah Glass, Keiara Glass, Keiani Glass, Marcus Glass Jr. Step mother Mae Glass, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Harold’s preceded in death by his mother, Barbara L. Glass, his father Rovester H. Glass, his sister Vanesie Sheppard, Brother Karl Hunter and his Grandmother Juanita R. Hunter.

A celebration of Harold’s life will be held on Saturday, February 11th, 2023 , at 12 am at Colonial Funerals, 86 Circular Avenue, Hamden, CT 06514 . Viewing will be held at Colonial from 11am to 12pm.  Condolences may be expressed at Colonialfunerals.com.
