Henry M Blalock

Bishop Henry M. Blalock passed away on October 22, 2025. He was born on August 9, 1928 in Sampson County, North Carolina to the late Henry M. Blalock and Anna Harrington. He is survived by his wife Florence Blalock of 26 years, four daughters, two sons, one sister, one brother, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins, especially a very close one. He is predeceased by two daughters, one son, four sisters and three brothers. Henry loved to cook, travel, Preach and tell jokes. 

A celebration of Henry's life will be held on Thursday October 30, 2025 at 11am at Zion Baptist Church, 137 Pearl Street Waterbury, CT. Viewing in Church from 10-11am.  Funeral services have been entrusted to Colonial Funerals, 270 West Main Street, Waterbury, CT and James R. Sanders, Funeral Director.
