Howard Christopher Willoughby

Howard Christopher Willoughby, age 58, of New Haven, went to be with the lord on October 6, 2017. He was born on October 11, 1958 in Greenville, NC, the son of the late Eddie Gibbs and Shirley Willoughby. He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter Anastasia Willoughby of CA, with 2 grandsons Andry and Anthony both of CA. Survive by 6 siblings Jimmy (Vickie) Willoughby of MD, Robin (Allen) Gales, Debra Willoughby both of New haven, Derwin Willoughby of NC, Gwen, and Stephanie Watkins both of NJ. Also survived by a special step-mom Altanese Atkins of FL, and a host of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by 2 brothers Dwight and Jeffery Willoughby, 1 sister Tobie Willoughby, also by 2 maternal grandparents Hosea Randolph and Missouri Patrick.

A celebration of Howard’s life will be held on Wednesday October 11, 2017 in Colonial, 86 Circular Ave Hamden at 12 noon. Viewing in Colonial from 11am-12pm. Condolences may be expressed at colonialfunerals.com.
