Iralia Nortecide

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Iralia Nortecide, beloved daughter of the late Cherinord Nortecide and Cleranie Gelin

She is lovingly remembered by her children: David Cazeau, Pascal Rogel Lefevre, and Gabrielle Dorothie Lefevre; and cherished by her grandchildren: Kiarah Lefevre, Kole Fraser, and Kyla Fraser.

Iralia is survived by her sisters Lilia Nordésud and Raymonde Nortecide, and her brothers Andrénord Nordésud and Cherius Nortésud. She is preceded in death by her sister Firamène Nortecide and brother Sony Nortecide.

Her life was guided by faith, especially her favorite scripture, Psalm 91:1: “Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.”

She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.

A Celebration of Iralia’s Life will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 11am., at Colonial Funeral Home, 86 Circular Avenue, Hamden, Connecticut, Viewing in Colonial from 10am-11am. Condolences may be expressed at www.colonialfunerals.com.
