Irene Deniece Britt

Irene was born on June 25, 1969. Survived by mother Emma Daye, brother Lamont Britt, six kids, Karmella Brown, Melinda Brown, Paulette Collins, Tenesha Collins, Krystal Collins. A host of grandkids Amarie Shines, Messiah Collins, Jaeceon Davis, Jahleel Davis, Jermiah Davis, Timothy Ingram, Jr., Kimora Powell, Daquan Collins. With pain so heavy, we still know as her family that she would have wanted us to remember her as the rock star she was. Always kept a smile on everyone’s face, and always the life of the party.

Irene Deniece Britt was a beautiful mother, daughter, sister, cousin and friend. Irene had the most caring and welcoming soul, it is indescribable.

Even at her toughest times she always made sure her kids and family and friends were okay at times in need. Irene was always dressed to impress, loved cooking, cleaning and organizing. She was very resourceful and could take any ordinary household item and turn it into a masterpiece. Including plants, drawings, sewing. At the same time she was tough and strong willed, would speak her mind much like her mom Emma Daye.
