Isabelle Louise Riles

Isabelle Louise Riles, 80, transitioned on February 11, 2020, in Hartford, Connecticut. Se was born on January 20, 1940 in St. Augustine, Florida to Edward and Essie Mae Riles. They moved the family to Milford, Connecticut in 1952. She graduated from Hamden High School in 1959. She met and married Kealip Perry Jr. Isabelle worked as an Insurance Claims Processor for Aetna Life and Casualty for over 30 years.

Isabelle was so vivacious, sweet, loving and kind. Her southern belle demeaner was contagious and made everyone smile when she entered the room. Her interest include dancing, traveling, cooking, gardening and sewing.

She devoted most of her precious time being the best wife, mother, sister, cousin, and grandmother. Isabelle is survived by her sister Willie Mae Riles, and daughter Elaine Perry, 5 grandchildren Crystal, Ashley and Alicia Scott, Brian Perry, Shawn Caron, and 2 great grandchildren Jahari and Makayla Scott. She was predeceased by her brothers, Donald Riles Sr., and Edward Riles Jr., Daniel Riles Sr., and 2 daughters, Nola, and Linda Perry.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2020 from 1 to 2:30PM at Colonial in Hamden, Connecticut. Condolences may be expressed at colonialfunerals.com.
