James “Jim” Mullins left this earth suddenly on Thursday, January 27, 2022.
Jim was born in Granville Ny and was the youngest child to Catherine (Grace) Mullins and Joseph Mullins Sr.
Jim leaves behind his wife of 64 years and the love of his life, Arline (Wayle) Mullins. Jim and Arline had 2 children, Kathleen Grace (Mullins) Banks of Oakville and Kyle John Mullins of Naugatuck.

Jim was a Heavy Equipment Operator for Local 478 and worked all over the USA. His passion for CAT Equipment, Bulldozers and especially a D8 Dozer was up there with the love of his family. He was quick witted and loved to read and learn. He loved to tell stories of Granville NY, “The Cradle Of Civilization” as we all came to call it. He also loved his family very much, he didn’t always tell us, but we always knew.
Jim was also a Veteran, he served in the Korean War with the Air Force.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, his Sister Anna Mullins, his brother Joseph Mullins and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He will be loved & missed by many.
