Jason Jamal Mann

February 27, 1971 to April 24, 2022

The Lord took Jason Mann to join him on Sunday, April 24 ^th , 2022.  He left behind his loving mother, Rosalyn Agbodoe and Donald Hardy of New Haven, son, Jason R. Mann of New Jersey, daughter, Jaqueena Rosalyn Jones and son Antoine Jones, both of New Haven and his granddaughter, Passion Mann of New Jersey.  He was predeceased by his father, William H.J. Mann and Uncle, George Mann, grandparents, Jane and Julius Harris and Georgina and George Mann. His brother, Rueben Scott Porscher, his aunts and uncles, Minnie and Phillip Evans, Kevin Harris, and Linda and Dennis Fields, special cousins, Sharon Moore and Carol Williams, all join his mother and children in their grief.

Jason was a man who struggled, but never forgot to be a good friend and son.  He was loved by many, and held in their hearts as a person who cared and helped when he could.  He had many best friends, including Mark, Tyrese Coardes, Jose and C.B.  (who predeceased him).  Jason grew up in Boston and New Haven, and recently was employed at FedEx in Stratford.  He was a caregiver for his uncle, Henry Moore, until his death. Jason never forgot to remind you of your importance in his life, and his love was felt always.

The wake and service will be held Tuesday, May 10 ^th from 5-7 p.m at Colonial Funerals, 86 Circular Avenue, Hamden.  Wake will be from 5-6pm and service from 6-7:00p.m. Condolences may be expressed at Colonialfunerals.com.
