Jennifer Adams

Jennifer Adams passed away on Tuesday, November 25, at the age of 35, leaving behind a family who loved her dearly and a community who will forever feel her absence. Born and raised in West Haven, CT, Jennifer was known for her warm heart and her strength.

Jennifer was the proud mother of two daughters, Mia and Kamayia, who were the center of her world. She is survived by her father, Richard Adams and her siblings Courteney (David) Kovac, Nicole Adams (Michael Grosso) and Michael Adams; niece and nephew Lucy and Aiden Kovac as well as extended family and friends who will cherish her memory. She is now at peace alongside her mother Donna Adams aunts Gail Kavanagh and Janet Ciancola as well as her grandmother Frances Ciancola.

A memorial service to honor Jennifer’s life will be held at Colonial Funeral Home in Hamden on Saturday, December 13th, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. All who knew and loved her are invited to attend and pay their respects. Condolences may be expressed at colonialfunerals.com.
