Jeremy Hassan

Jeremy Hassan age 46, of West Haven passed away Friday August 13, 2021 at Yale New Haven Hospital. He was born in Bronx, New York on November 12, 1974. He is survived by his mother Mary Hudson of West Haven, three daughters Enjoli Hassan of Meriden, Jachela Hassan of New Haven, and Laila Hassan of Hamden. He is also survived by three grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at Colonial Funerals, 86 Circular Avenue Hamden. On Friday August 20, 2021 at 11am. Viewing will be in Colonial from 10-11am. Interment will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, New Haven. Condolences may be expressed at Colonialfunerals.com.
