Jimmy Lee Lockhart

Jimmy Lee Lockhart, age 68, of New Haven passed away peacefully on January 8, 2018 at home. He was born to the late Carrie Lockhart in Opelika, Ala.  “Jimbo” as he was affectionately known as was loved by many, including his “mother” Josie Woods of New Haven, and longtime companion MaryAnn Giles of New Haven, one son Jimmy Dennis of Hamden, CT. He was predeceased by his brother George Lockhart. He served in the U.S. Air Force as an Aircraft Electrician.

Calling hour will be at 10:30-11:30, funeral service at 11:30 at Colonial, 86 Circular Avenue in Hamden, CT. Interment will follow with Full Military Honors at State Veterans Cemetery, 317 Bow Lane, Middletown, CT. Condolences may be expressed at colonialfunerals.com
