Born on February 24, 1939 in Almirante, Bocas del Toro, Panama to the late Veronica Dewar and Charles Viscaino. She was the loving wife of Victor Vernon Hipgame. Cherished mother of Victor Vernon Viscaino (Maria De la Luz) of Panama, Alvin Vernon Viscaino Sr. (Ana) of TX., Nadia Vernon Viscaino (Rufo) of West Haven, Roberto Vernon Viscaino (Martha) of TX., Rigoberto Vernon Viscaino (Javier) of Meriden, and Omaira Deida Vernon of Stratford. Beloved grandmother of Lucila Vernon of Panama, Lacy Allen of Stratford, Eric Vernon of TX., Alvin Vernon Jr., of TX., Victor Vernon of Coventry, Kiara Rodriguez of West Haven, Rufo Rodriguez Vernon Jr., of West Haven, Stefanie Thomas of Waterbury, Joan Vernon of TX., Emanuel Deida of Stratford. Great Grandmother of DeAngelo Vernon Segura of TX., Greyson Bradley of West Haven, and Erwin Thomas of Waterbury.
