John Henry Crenshaw

John Henry Crenshaw, age 68, of New Haven, entered into eternal life on Thursday October 26, 2017. Born on November 15, 1948 in Germany, the beloved son of the late Martha (Roidl) Crenshaw. The husband of Sarah (DeWitt) Crenshaw of New Haven. Cherished father of Karissa Stolzman of New Haven, Karneisha (Daniel) O’Connell of NY., and Michael (Yolanda) Rease of VA. Loving brother of Pat (Hugh) West of FL. Also survived by 5 grandchildren. Predeceased by 2 siblings Mabel Parks and Emmitt Crenshaw; and maternal grandmother Maria Roidl.

A celebration of John’s life will be held on Sunday October 29, 2017 in Colonial, 86 Circular Ave Hamden at 4pm. Viewing in Colonial from 3-4pm. Burial will be held on Monday at Evergreen Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at colonialfunerals.com.
