A Mother and Friend loss, but a Spirit gained. Joyce W Perkins a tender loving mother of 77. Has loss her life with a long time sickness. The daughter both in life as well as in death to Augustus and Frances Collar Wilson of Abbeville, SC. From her parents, came Clifton Leo Wilson, Eddie Teddy Wilson and Augustus Gus for short Wilson Jr. All have preceded. Next and just when we thought the life story would end there. More Wilsons pop up. We find a brother Samuel Wilson of Abbeville South Carolina. With sisters Fran Wilson Thomas of Evanston Illinois, Carolyn Wilson Curtis Paul of Abbeville South Carolina and Nancy Wilson of Brooklyn New York. Jocelyn has three sons Philip, Peter and Patrick Perkins all of New Haven Connecticut. She also has 3 grandchildren Maurice, Jerome and Patrick Perkins as well as 6 great grandchildren and a slew of nieces and nephews.

Jocelyn W. Perkins Funeral Services will be held on Saturday October 12, 2019 at Mount Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 100 Webster Street, New Haven Connecticut, at 2pm.
