Kenneth L Myers, son of the Kenneth Myers and Angela Myers-Best born July 25 th , 1979, in New Haven, Connecticut. God Called beloved Kenneth to eternal rest on March 16 th , 2022.
Kenneth leaves to cherish loving memories to his wife Alexandra Correa-Myers, Stratford, CT His mother Angela Myers-Best (Pastor Wilburt Best), Orange, CT and his father Kenneth Myers (Anna Myers), New Haven, CT; his sons: Noah Myers, Phoenix, AZ and Jackson A. D’Aniello, Branford, CT, stepsons: Brandon Acosta, Alex Acosta, and David Acosta, Stratford, CT, sister Angelic Stewart-Myers, Orange, CT, brother Antonio Myers, New Haven, CT and sister Amber Myers, New Haven, CT, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Kenneth began his education in West Haven, Connecticut excelled and thrive in sports such as La-Cross and Varsity Football, graduating from West Haven High School; immediately after he enlisted in the United States Air Force, serving as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Journeyman. After serving in the armed forces, he furthered his education at Central State University, New Britain, CT where he received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science; additionally, he attended Porter & Chester where he received certification in HVAC, EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification, NEWEA (North East Water Environment) IV Wastewater Collection Certification, in addition, variegated industries – Kenneth had an infinity for repairing things that were broken, He has started his career with the Water Pollution Control Authority and became their Union Representative; then he moved to In-Line Plastics.
Kenneth touched so many lives and he would help anyone that was in need. His personality radiated to all that knew him creating a special bond with his family and friends, for him it was a lifetime covenant, a protector especially – those who meant the world to him – there is nothing he wouldn’t have done for them. He entered the room with joke, noise or a smirk, leaving the same. Kenneth was strong, Kenneth was resilient, Kenneth was proud, and Kenneth was flexible. Kenneth loved others, Kenneth loved his Family, Kenneth love himself. Rest well sir.
A celebration of Kenneth’s life will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022 at 10am at Bible Gospel Center, 143 Leeder Hill Drive, Hamden. Visitation from 9-10am. Interment to follow at Beaverdale Memorial Park. Condolences may be expressed at Colonialfunerals.com.
