Lillian Woodard-Toles

Lillian Woodard- Toles entered into eternal rest on April 25, 2020. Lillian was born on February 21, 1937 in Sumner, GA, one of seven children to George Woodard and Charlie-mae Garnes-Woodard.

On September 18, 1954, Lillian and Joseph Toles entered into Holy Matrimony. Joseph Toles proceeded her in death in 1991. From this union six children were born. Larry Toles of TX, Dennis Toles of VA, (Richard A. Toles proceeded her in death) Gennette Toles- Desenna of R.I., Shelia Toles, John Toles, and Brittany Toles of CT. Other relatives include Lillian’s sister Josephine Lovett and brother-in law James of FL. Son in-law Daniel Desenna and Anita McClean of VA.

Grandchildren Leevern Toles, Josh Toles, Sean and Eric Connlley, Adina Frank, Jackie White, Amanda, and Daniel Desenna Jr. Ravius Glass, Onaje Baldwin, Richard Toles Jr. and many great-grandchildren.

Lillian was a devoted wife, mother, and friend. She loved attending Church every Sunday and weekdays for choir rehearsal and the Usher Board.

Funeral services are private for the family. Burial will be held at Beaverdale Memorial Park. Condolences may be expressed at colonialfunerals.com.
