In Loving Memory of Lloyd Hugh Harris

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Lloyd Harris,  who left us peacefully on February 7, 2025 at the age of 81. Born in Jamaica, West Indies, he relocated to the United States in his early 20s, pursuing higher education at NYU, where he met and married our mother, Wanda Harris.

A dedicated and hardworking man, Lloyd proudly served in the U.S. Navy and spent his life ensuring that his family had every opportunity for success. He was a loving father to his five children—two from a previous relationship and three with our mother—always providing us with guidance, love, and unwavering support.

After the passing of our mother, Wanda, he carried on with strength and grace, leaving behind a legacy of resilience, dedication, and love. He is survived by his children, grandchildren, and many family members and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
