Lydia Soto

Lydia Soto passed away April 30, 2025. She was born on January 23, 1979 in Jayuya, Puerto Rico to the late Taurino Soto and Maria Rivera. She leaves a cherish her memory, her son Christian Rodriguez who was her everything. Sisters Minerva, Luz Delia, Sibila, and Maria Soto and brothers, Anibal, Orlando, Damien, Ruben, Ivan and Eliceo Soto. Her better half Carlos Rivera, which they spent 18 years together. Also a host of nieces, nephews and . She loved her family, cooking, traveling to see her hometown in Puerto Rico and especially spending time with her son, and loved dance music.

A visitation will be held on Saturday May 3, 2025 from 12pm to 2pm at Colonial Funerals 270 West Main Street, Waterbury, CT.  Service at Colonial at 2pm.
