Marjorie Evans

Marjorie Evans, age 86, of New Haven, entered into eternal life December 22, 2020. She was born on October 8, 1934 in Harnett, North Carolina, daughter of Selma and Luvinea (Ward) Gaddy.Beloved mother of Deborah (Ricky) Evans, Anthony (Connie) Evans, Kerry (Alicia) Evans, Darryl (Krista) Evans, Beverly (Eddie) Hammie, Barry (Joyce) Evans, Adrain Evans, and Jessica Evans. The loving sister of  Charles, Huey Gaddy, and Marie McNeil. Also survived by 18 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren. Predeceased by three brothers Dolphis, Andre, and Clearance Gaddy and one sister Dorothy McCloud.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday January 4, 2021 at Colonial, 86 Circular Avenue, Hamden from 11am-12pm. Condolences may be expressed at colonialfunerals.com.
