Marquis Darnell Mcneil Sr.

Marquis Darnell McNeil Sr. AKA “Cheez” 40, of New Haven was born on September 17, 1982 went home to be with the Lord April 1, 2023. He was the son of Michelle McNeil and the later Terry Burruss. He was educated in the New Haven Public Schools.

Besides leaving his mother, he leaves his sons Marquis D. McNeil Jr., and Karter McNeil, a special friend Lateisha (Boo) Parker), brothers Rhasiem McNeil, Terry Davis, and Calvin Burruss, sisters Tera Rucker, and Shanda Davis and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday April 15, 2023 from 12-2pm at Colonial Funerals, 86 Circular Avenue, Hamden CT 06514. Condolences may be expressed at Colonialfunerals.com.
