It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michelle Stallings, 56, of Waterbury. She unexpectedly passed away on July 14, 2025, at Waterbury Hospital, surrounded by family. She was the daughter of late Loden Stallings and late Ethel White of Waterbury. Michelle was born on September 22, 1968. She grew up in Waterbury, where she graduated from Crosby High. She worked for Almost Family and Rainbow Academy of Waterbury for some time. She loved working with elderly and children….
Michelle was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was known for always looking and smelling good. Her strong sense of humor not only made us laugh, but she made life seem so easy no matter how hard it really was. She had a unique ability to connect with others, offering her helping hand, love, and compassion. I guess you can say that’s the Christian in her. Above all, Michelle found joy in planting, listening to music—just living life was enough to make her happy.
Michelle Stallings leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her life: her children, Stacey Beasley of Waterbury, Sharqueta Stallings of Waterbury, Sade Stallings of Waterbury, Joshua J. Stallings of Waterbury. She also leaves 9 grandchildren that will miss her deeply. Cousins, nieces, and nephews.
