99 years old of New Haven was call home on February 12,2026. She was born July 17,1926 in Parmele N.C Daughter of the late Charley Jarman and Bessie Little. Mildred came to New Haven in the late 1950’s. She was employed at Ann Taylor and at a candy company in New Haven. Mildred loved and enjoyed her family , sharing photo memories and family history with anyone who would listen.

Mildred is survived by her Daughter’s, Sherry (Raymond) Holloway of Meriden CT, Gail Watts (Austin Jr) of New Haven, Sheila Pitt of New Haven, and Carolyn Pernell of West Haven, Brenda Pless of New Haven. One sister Carolyn Miles of Austin Texas. A host grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, great-great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Mildred was predeceased by her parents, Charley Jarman and Bessie Little, three brothers, Walter Little, Marvin Little and Gene Little, son Mitchell Pitt and Daughter Barbara Brodie, one grand-daughter Veda Pernell, one great grandson Anthony Presley.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026 at Colonial Funerals, 86 Circular Avenue, Hamden, CT 06154. A viewing will take place at 10:00 AM with a service to follow at 11:00 AM.
