Paris Jamar Smith

Paris Jamar (PJ) Smith, 45 was born August 11, 1975  to Michele Smith and the late Karen Wrazz. He departed this life on September 22, 2021 after a long illness.

PJ received his GED from the New Haven Public School System in April 1996.  He immediately enlisted into the Marine Core. He service from April 24, 1996 to April 23, 2000. His great service to our country yielded several awards, which include Rifle Marksmen Badge, Good Conduct Medal and the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon.

Before enlisting to the ARMY (2007-2009) he married the late Sherwana Smith and to that union was born his one and only child, a daughter Karin Jada Smith.

He leaves to cherish his memories Karin, his father Michele Smith, stepmother Andrea Smith, Aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, friends and acquaintances.

A celebration of Paris’s life will be held on Wednesday October 6, 2021 at 11am at Colonial Funerals. Visitation will be from 10-11am. Condolencesmay be expressed at Colonialfunerals.com.
