Patricia Ann Moore

Patricia Ann Moore was born in Brooklyn, New York born to the late Homer Franklin Moore, and Georgia Hairston. She departed this life on October 5, 2024. She moved to New Haven, CT in her teenage years with her father where she attended Wilbur Cross High School. In her pastime she enjoyed traveling, dancing, and spending time with her family. She leaves to cherish the memories of her daughters, Shantelle Moore and Niseca Johnson, and her grandchildren Tyrese Barker, Chaya Johnson, Johnson, Terrence Johnson Jr., and a host of family and friends Inera Ladson, Steve Canady, the Heard and West family. She was predeceased by her parents and a grandson Razi Franklin.

A memorial service of Patricia’s life will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at Colonial Funeral 86 Circular Avenue, Hamden, CT from 10-11am. Service will be at 11am. Condolences may be expressed at Colonialfunerals.com.
