Patricia Pynchon

Patricia Pynchon, 93, of New York City, died on December 2, 2022, at Wilton Meadows, Wilton, CT. The daughter of George Pynchon and Alice Bennett and sister of the late Michelle Osborn, Patty graduated from Smith College in 1949 and enjoyed a long career as a chorine and bellydancer, performing under the stage name Navida, and running her own small business in dance attire.

A world traveler and lover of the arts, she is survived by her half-sisters Alixe Sears of Lima, Peru, and June Binz of St. Sulpice, Switzerland, as well as five nieces, three nephews and numerous grand-nieces and -nephews—who will miss her vivacious personality.
