Pearlie M Hughes

Pearlie M Hughes 76 of Waterbury, CT, entered into eternal rest September 15, 2021 at St. Mary’s Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

She was a faithful member of Waterbury Baptist Ministries, under the leadership of the Rev. Dr. Maner Tyson, also as she referred to him as her Pastor.

She enjoyed reading the Bible, watching inspirational TV, as well as Cowboy movies, listening to gospel music, cooking, shopping, playing spades and mostly enjoyed watching sports with her boys.

She is survived by three sons, Maurice Hughes, Manuel Gray and Jermaine Hughes, one daughter, Brenda K Stallings all of Waterbury CT; five grandchildren, Elianna Hughes, Jaymee Hughes, Douglas Hoffler Jr., Raven Andrews and Talibdeen (TJ) Nasheed. She is predeceased by one son Howard A Hughes (Firefighter). She leaves one great grandson Davien (DJ) Hoffler.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday September 21, 2021. Viewing at Waterbury Baptist Ministries from 10-11am. Service at 11am. Burial immediately following at All Saints Cemetery, Waterbury.
