Petra Santiago

Petra Santiago, 84, of Hamden, passed away on June 2, 2023, at Yale New Haven Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was born on March 21, 1939 in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico, daughter of the late Delfina Vega Torres and Felix Santiago. Loving mother of Luis (Marta) Santana, Rosa Velez, Daisy Santiago, Janet Ruiz, Benjamin (Martiza) Ruiz, Walter Quinones, Jimmy (Karlee) Quinones, Roy (Tanya) Quinones, and Jose Quinones. Also survived by a host of Siblings, grandchildren, great children, nieces, and nephews.

Wake will be held on Tuesday June 6, 2023, at Colonial Funerals, 86 Circular Avenue, Hamden from 5-8pm. Visitation held on Wednesday Morning at Colonial Funerals, from 9-10am., with Funeral Services starting at 10am. Burial will follow at Hamden Plains Cemetery.
