Richard Golia Jr.

Richard Golia Jr., age 48, of Cheshire, entered into eternal life on April 5, 2017 at his home. Born on May 18, 1968 in Norfork, VA, the son of Richard and Nancy (Nuzzo) Golia Sr. of Hamden. Cherished father of Richard :Tanner” Golia of Cheshire. Beloved brother of Deneen (Joseph) O’Mara of North Haven. Also survived by his nephew Joseph O’Mara of North Haven, the mother of his son Sandy Barrett of CA., and Joseph’s son David O’Mara of West Haven. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Richard was an avid New York Yankee and Pittsburg Steelers fan. He lived in CA for 35 years then relocated to CT.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday April 20, 2017 in Colonial, 86 Circular Ave Hamden from 5-7pm. Prayer Service will be at 6:30 with Rev. George officiating.
