Ruby Giles

Ruby Shelita Giles, age 37, of New Haven, entered into eternal life on Saturday February 24, 2018 at home with her loving family by her side. Born on August 22, 1980 in New Haven, the daughter of Ernestine Giles of New Haven and the late Raymond Walker. Cherished mother of Lamar Bush, Amar’e Bush, R’moni Giles, and Alaya Giles all of New Haven. Survived by maternal grandparents Ruby Giles of New Haven, David Broadnax of Bridgeport, 4 sisters, and 6 brothers. Predeceased by one brother.

A Celebration of Ruby’s life will be held on Friday March 9, 2018 in Omega Seventh-day Adventist Church, 278 Winthrop Ave., at 11 O’clock. Viewing in Church from 10-11am. Interment will be in Hamden Plains Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at colonialfunerals.com
