Sean Miers

Sean Allen Miers, age 46, of Norwalk, CT entered eternal rest on Friday, December 5, 2025, at Norwalk Hospital, after a brief illness. Sean was born on June 5, 1979 , at the submarine base in Groton, Connecticut, the beloved son of Scott Allen Miers, Loretta Kay Roberts (deceased), stepmother Patricia Ann Miers, loving father of Tyler Miers, cherished brother of Jennifer Miers, Katie Miers and Samantha Miers. Sean leaves behind his grandmother Mae Miers, and his lifelong partner of fifteen years and mother to Tyler, Bonnie Howell. He was pre-deceased by his grandfathers, Frederick Miers, Mike Sias(Poppy), and Grandmother Barbara Sias

Sean spent most of his life as a resident of Connecticut. He graduated from Litchfield High School. When employed, he worked as a garage door technician. He was so proud to be a father to Tyler, uncle to his 6 nieces, Spencer, Belle, Lily, Sophie, Bailey and Anna; he missed his dogs Doobie and Reggin terribly. His family will most remember him for his booming voice, silly laughter, wild and crazy stories, and bigger than life depiction of events. Sean loved to cook, go camping, and attend heavy metal concerts. He was fearless in everything he did. He never hesitated to stop the car in the middle of the road to help a turtle cross. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed spending his leisure time with close friends and family and entertaining his many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
