Shirley Ann Gamble

Shirley Ann Gamble, age 59, of New Haven, entered into eternal life on Friday June 23, 2017 in Masonicare of Wallingford. Born on January 15, 1958 in New Haven, the daughter of Annie Lee (Anthony) Gamble of New Haven and the late James Durant Sr. Cherished mother of Derricka (Demetrius) Suggs-Wilkes, Derrick Suggs Jr., Laneice Gamble all of New Haven, and Jajuan Gamble Stewart of MA. Survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 sisters, and 3 brothers. Predeceased by 1 sister.

A Celebration of Shirley’s life will be held on Monday July 3, 2017 in Salvation & Deliverance Church, 127 Thompson St., New Haven at 11 O’clock. Viewing in Church from 10-11am. Interment will be in Beaverdale Memorial Park. Condolences may be expressed at colonialfunerals.com.
