Sigfredo Freddie Echeandia

Sigfredo (Freddie) Echeandia 55 of 2 Craftwood Road Waterbury, CT, died at his home October 10, 2020 surrounded by his loving family.

Freddie was the son of the late Eusebio & Margarita (Cardona) Echeandia. Freddie was born October 19, 1964 in Lares, PR. After coming to Connecticut he worked at the Sheraton Hotel in the hospitality field. He enjoyed family, friends, cooking, playing dominoes, and serving his community. He was always there when you asked him. Freddie is survived by 6 brothers, Cecilio, Pedro, Hector, Martin, William, Renee Echeandia, 4 sisters, Luz, Norma, Marta, Minerva Echeandia, all of Waterbury, several nieces, nephews, cousins, a host of friends and 1 aunt.

Funeral services for Freddie will be held Wednesday 11am at the Colonial, 270 West Main Street, Waterbury. Burial at All Saints Cemetery. Friends may call at Colonial Tuesday, October 20, 2020 from 4-6pm. Covid 19 will be mandated, mask will be required. Colonial are handling arrangements with, James R. Sanders Funeral Director.
