Spring A. Lewis

My Mother was born in Burlington, VT on August 12th, 1954. She was born to Mary Voska, my grandmother who married Eddie G. Sheldon in 1958. He then adopted my Mother changing her name to Spring Anne Sheldon. She had 2 brothers (Glen & Steven Sheldon) and 2 sisters, Thelma Shastokas and One of her sisters Diane Sheldon-Gowrie is pre-deceased. She is survived by me, her Son, Keith J. Mitchell III. She married my father in 1975, and after the divorce, she changed her name to Spring Anne Lewis after finally finding her biological father. That was a lifelong goal of hers, and she never quit. She was also able to meet her family from the Lewis line in Georgia.

Spring was a small business owner for 28 years, and a Missionary for her God. She travelled the world to post Communist countries to spread healing and combat the anti-spiritualism it spreads. She worked in her local community housing the unfortunate, and often in our own home. We were never stolen from. She gained respect from everyone, even those you would suspect would take advantage of her kind nature.
