Wade P. Johnson 62, of New Haven, CT passed away peacefully on January 23rd, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on May 17th, 1961 in Kingston, Jamaica, a son of Sadie Pinnock and Lascel Johnson and lived in New Haven for 40+ years. Wade was a dedicated employee of OEM Controls Inc. located in Shelton, CT for 30+ years working his way up from Sheet Metal Fabricator to Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop Lead. Wade is survived by his daughter Alexis D. Johnson, and his three grandchildren Jeremiah, Camilla, and Amelia, he was a devoted father and grandfather who brought immeasurable joy into our lives. He is survived by his siblings Melva Thomas of Jamaica, Heather Karen Dunkley of New Haven, Errol Steve Dunkley of Jamaica, and Karl Pinnock of New Haven. He is also survived by a host of loving nieces and nephews; Paris Dunkley, Allen Little, Mary McKnight, Stanley Cogdell, Shane Rountree, Quamar Dunkley, Ariyanna Dunkley, Mikesha Madden, Melissa Dunkley, Reno Dunkley, Ashley Mendez, Makayla Rountree, Kirsten Russell, Kaleem Uthmaan Jr. and many other family and friends. He was predeceased by his sister Sharon Little, and his niece Lakia Dunkley.
